Time link limits

When using a time link between two cues what are the limits for the values? It is limited to whole seconds? I notice that when I enter say 1.5 the box changes color and it does not seem to affect the timing.

Time links only work with whole seconds, and even then the accuracy isn't great. I've found with long-length time links there can be substantial variance. We should probably look at using something more sophisticated than the standard Windows managed timers.
